CRWC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law.
Government Membership
All municipalities in the Clinton River watershed are invited to join the council as government members. Governments benefit from CRWC's work in watershed planning, permit and site plan reviews, and other technical and educational assistance.
Annual government dues are based on population size within the watershed according to the following scale:

| 20,001 - 30,000 | $1,500 |
| 30,001 - 50,000 | $3,000 |
| 50,001 - 100,000 | $5,000 |

| County Agencies | $5,000 |
Associate Membership Municipalities bordering the watershed are eligible for associate membership. Associate dues are one-third the full membership rate.
