Clinton Cleanup: April 18, 2026

Clinton Cleanup is an annual effort that brings people together to participate in cleanups and practice stewardship of local water resources and green spaces.

Clinton Cleanup is made possible through the combined effort of hundreds of individuals, businesses, local governments, and community organizations who host clean-ups with us throughout the watershed. Volunteer groups organize clean-ups around the watershed and CRWC provides the materials needed (grabbers, trash bags, etc...).

CAN I LEAD A CLEANUP?

NOTE: Due to overwhelming interest, CRWC is no longer accepting applications for additional cleanups. Please consider joining one of our existing cleanups.

Yes! Clinton Cleanup would not be possible without the efforts of local individuals who step up to lead cleanups.

Anyone can be a cleanup coordinator. CRWC staff are happy to provide site coordinators with the guidance they need to be successful.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

  • Leading a cleanup is easier than it sounds. CRWC provides you with everything you need to get started.

If you have a connection to a group of friends, church, youth organization, or club, or other team, you are already is a great position to lead a cleanup.

Let us know you'd like to host a clean-up at the link below, and our team will help you get started.

  • If you would like to help protect the watershed by cleaning up trash and debris, you can also join a public cleanup. There are a couple of cleanups that are looking for additional help and are open to the public. Check those out and learn how to sign up to participate below.

  • You can contribute pre-packaged food (granola bars, chips, beverages) or donate to support CRWC.
