KAHLAN ROBINSON
Kahlan is serving with Huron Pines AmeriCorps and was placed at CRWC in January 2024. Kahlan graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Ecology, Conservation, and Organismal Biology. She has experience in endangered species surveys, fieldwork, and data collection for sea turtle conservation, invasive species removal, and nature center education.
As the Community Green Stormwater Infrastructure Coordinator, Kahlan will lead CRWC's efforts to develop and expand CRWC’s residential green infrastructure services to communities, creating educational materials highlighting the role of native plants within the watershed. She will also begin the transformation of CRWC’s grounds into a showcase for native plants and residential green infrastructure.
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, foraging, growing food, reading, and making pottery.
