Join Sierra Club Rochester ECOs in removing trash and debris from the Clinton River at Galloway Lake Park in Pontiac!

Sierra Club Rochester ECOs have chosen a site upstream of their former Adopt-A-Stream monitoring location where they have found a fair amount of garbage polluting the riverbank.

Their cleaning efforts during the last several years have had a positive impact on the area and they would like to continue this work. You can make a difference in local water quality and the health of the Clinton River. Join us!

You can park at the AutoZone parking lot located at 1511 N. Perry Rd. in Pontiac. The Clean-up team will be across the street on Giddings Rd.

CRWC will provide most supplies. Make sure to bring water to stay hydrated, sun protection, and mosquito repellent.
