As CRWC's Watershed Planner, Jeffery is responsible for leading and developing a suite of programming focused on connecting and re-connecting communities within the watershed to the River. He will plan and implement activities relating to green infrastructure and the needs of WaterTowns communities, counties, and regional partners working within the watershed.

For several years, Jeffery was the Conservation Project Manager at Western Reserve Land Conservancy. Later he served as the Land Bank Administrator for the City of Cleveland in the Division of Neighborhood Development. He moved to Southeast Michigan in late 2020 and worked at the City of Flint in the Planning Department.

Jeffery has a Juris Doctor, Master of Urban Planning, Design, and Development degree from Cleveland State University.
